Howdy Friends,
March is here and there is plenty of music going on around New Mexico. Celtic music in Las Cruces and El Paso alongf with Solo gigs and three nights with Laura Kemp from Eugene Oregon. Laura and I will perform at the Black Box on Friday the 24th with Guest Elijah Copeland and then on to Silver City and Taos. (see the Cal).
I just had a great experience over at UNLV, having the chance to perform with King Ibu Ba from Senegal and my friend George Rhee and percussionist Kust Rasmussin. What a groove to play on. Long live the King!
